Frustrated.
I came up with a short instrumental piece that I want to record. It's called either Antivirus or St. Margaret Mary's, not sure yet. I've played through it several times without any problem.

But whenever I try to record it, I always mess up when I'm like a FEW SECONDS from being done.

And it's always a problem with my left hand. I could dumb the left hand part down a little bit, but it won't build as much, therefore it won't be as good, therefore there's no point in me recording it.

UGH. I hate you, left hand. Why can't you be as strong as my right hand?

From The Clouds, Lyrics

If I could get my head out from the clouds
If she could step away from the phone
If we could just talk for awhile
Maybe we wouldn't be so alone

If I could stop being a vegetable
If she could just talk to me more than them
If there's a solution, please bring it to the table
It's time that we make each other known

If I could get my head out from the clouds
If she could step away from the phone
If we would just talk for awhile
Maybe we wouldn't be so alone.

Widow of a soldier
Widow of a soldier
Widow of a soldier
Widow of a soldier
Widow of a soldier
Widow of a soldier
Widow of a soldier
Black widow spider.

Recorded, will probably be released on something of some sort sometime.

In my two week absence from the Internet, i managed to pen two new songs: "Vermont" and "Lullaby No. 2 in E Flat". One's very jumpy, but then eases into ambiance. The other's very simple; it's one of the few songs where I've never changed my dynamics.

I'm doing the RPM Challenge with Zane. It's essentially recording an album in the month of February. We're apparently doing ambient, Sigur-Ros-y stuff. I'm excited. We're currently in the process of throwing band names around.

That's all I can write right now. I'm being brought to a temple by some mysterious masked figures.
